2ozMozzarella cheese; shredded
1/2cRed and green bell peppers; chopped

  Tortilla chips; crackers

1) Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, garlic and crushed red pepper. Spread evenly in 9" or 10" quiche dish or pie plate.

2) Spread pizza sauce over top. Sprinkle with pepperoni, green onion, and chopped peppers.

3) Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.

4) Serve with green pepper strips, tortilla chips and crackers.

NOTES : I usually add more topping. Also, I split pita bread, cut each half in 6 wedges and toast in the oven to use as dipper. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #10
